Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, canvas size, and whether the artwork is made to order.

If your order requires additional preparation time, we will inform you where possible.
 

Delivery Areas

We deliver to the locations available at checkout. If your country or delivery location is not listed, please contact our team before placing your order to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.
 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, where available, or communicated by our team.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For oversized canvas paintings or special orders, additional delivery time may be required.
 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, parcel dimensions, order size, and selected delivery service. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalized.
 

Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms stated in the relevant promotion.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
 

International shipments may also experience delays due to customs inspections or local delivery procedures.
 

2. Returns & Exchanges
 

We want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from Black Bear Co. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us to discuss the available options.
 

Return Requests

For eligible standard, non-personalized items, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return.
 

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the canvas painting must:

• Be unused, unhung, and in its original condition.

• Have no scratches, stains, tears, marks, or other damage caused after delivery.

• Be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging.

• Include the order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
   

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Please do not ship an item to us without receiving return instructions.
 

Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork

Custom-sized, personalized, or specially commissioned artwork may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started or the item has been personalized, except where required by applicable law.
 

If you are ordering a custom canvas, please carefully review the size, design, orientation, and other specifications before confirming your purchase.
 

This restriction does not remove any rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered.
 

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before arranging a return. We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate resolution and shipping arrangements.
 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like a different painting or size, contact our team before returning the original item.
 

Any applicable price difference and delivery charges will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.
 

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
 

Every order should arrive in the condition expected.

If your canvas painting arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where possible, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
 

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the painting and the damage or incorrect item.

• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label, where relevant.

• A brief description of the issue.
   

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
 

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights, we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Your statutory rights are not affected if you are unable to report the issue within the requested timeframe.
 

4. Order Cancellations
 

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will review your request based on the order's status. Orders that have already been dispatched, or personalized and made-to-order items already in production, may not be eligible for cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to the refund procedure below.
 

5. Refund Policy
 

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
 

We aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and assessed. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
 

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
 

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying orders, any refund or reimbursement will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
 

6. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
